This tool exploits Unicode combining characters - diacritical marks designed to stack on base letters. By randomly appending multiple combining marks to each character, we overwhelm text rendering engines that expect only 1-2 marks per letter. The result is "corrupted" text achieved through completely valid, standards-compliant Unicode - a form of text glitch art at the character encoding level.
